Yanique Hall Esq.

Attorney Yanique Hall, is a native of Jamaica where she was born and raised. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Legal Studies. She later earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law. Ms. Hall is the firm's leading attorney and focuses on consumers rights and an immigration advocate.

Prior to attending law school, Yanique spent two years working at a debt defense law firm handling credit card defense cases and FDCPA violations. After earning her license, Yanique represented creditors and filed suits on defaulted/breach accounts. She litigated matters where individuals and corporations were sued for commercial and retail debts including purchased debts, bad checks, auto lease, business loans and security agreements. 

Having gone through the immigration process herself, Yanique has spent significant time learning the nuances of immigration law and is devoted to helping others who came to the United States to achieve their American Dream. Yanique is a zealous advocate and strongly believes all clients deserves an attorney who has their best interest at heart.  

Yanique spends her free time volunteering at Universities and speaking to students who are interested in attending law school and provides step by step assistance in fostering that dream.
